Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for Sales Team by maintaining customer information, payment processing, and follow-ups
- Support Operations Team as needed with documentation, inventory, and logistics
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via phone calls and emails
- Communicating with suppliers and internal customers to check on the progress of existing orders
- Holding incoming calls and taking messages
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Distributing mail, arranging couriers, freight carriers, and tracking of shipments
- Maintaining files and document control
- Responsible for the invoice management, including scanning, returning and creating invoices
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate level of MS Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets and manipulate data
- Excellent administrative skills with ability to type at least 45 WPM
- High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong team player and the ability to work under pressure
- Able to prioritize and multi task
