Receptionist/Aesthetician - Evita Med Spa

Essential Functions

• Answer incoming calls, and perform other receptionist duties, including mailing, faxing, and filing reports
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for clients
• Maintain office equipment, including computers and copy machines
• Monitor and replenish office supply inventory as needed
• Conduct thorough skin evaluations and design personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with dermatologists and plastic surgeons on patients' preoperative and postoperative exams
• Stay updated on industry trends and treatments to recommend suitable services to clients
• Perform various treatments such as facial massages, micro-needling, and laser procedures (i.e., body contouring, hair removal, fibroblast, etc.)
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and prepared for each patient
• Utilize electronic medical record systems for documentation and scheduling

Other Principal Duties

• Maintain licensure through ongoing Continuing Education credits
• Adapt to new products, services, and treatment plans as the company expands
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance
• Contribute to marketing and social media content as needed
• Perform any other duties relevant to the role and as assigned
• Perform any other duties that may arise from time-to-time and/or are commensurate with the title and position

Requirements

• State license to practice as an esthetician in the state of Georgia in good standing
• One (1) or more years of experience working at a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with a diverse range of audiences and settings
• The ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• The ability to deal with high-pressure situations
• Able to work flexible schedule to include late afternoon and evening hours, weekends, and overtime as needed to provide support
• Must have a valid active and clear Driver's license. Demonstrates technical safety expertise and passion for the role
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 40 pounds
• Attentive to detail & highly motivated to succeed
