Responsibilities
- Welcome and schedule spa guests, ensuring personalized service from appointment setup to departure
- Answer calls, address questions, and work with the team to curate positive guest experiences
- Assist other teams as needed to support property operations
- Promote and engage in internal growth programs and complete all required training
- Meet or exceed company goals and three key metrics
- Model Vision Values through internal and external service
- Monitor products, services, and operational culture to ensure alignment with company standards
- Provide personalized service to every guest and act as the face of the club
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-supplied front desk
- Answer customer questions and address complaints
- Handle incoming calls, redirect as needed, and manage mail and email correspondence
- Monitor, update, and organize records and files
- Enhance teamwork and cooperation between all departments
- Conduct safety and security checks with the engineering team and vendors to ensure proper working order
- Maintain confidentiality regarding business functions, guest information, and employee matters
- Perform additional duties as requested by leadership to improve property operations and guest service
Necessary Skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while projecting a resort-like image in person and over the phone
- Reliable attendance for scheduled shifts with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and personal presentation
- Knowledge of fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures (or ability to learn)
- Physical ability to bend, reach, kneel, push, stretch, and lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts in a restrictive environment
- Near and far vision capability
- Comfort using a step stool or ladder
- Ability to use arms and/or stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to work in extreme conditions such as heat, cold, and stress
- Finger dexterity for operating equipment
- High integrity and humility, adhering to the Golden Rule
- Ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds

Qualifications
- Spa experience is a plus
- Experience with Spa Booking Program (Book 4 Time) is a plus
- Hospitality and customer service background is a plus
