Job Summary We are seeking a professional Receptionist/Administrative Support professional for a contract opportunity with a corporate office in Culver City, CA. This front desk role is ideal for an organized, friendly, and dependable administrative professional who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and internal team members. The Receptionist/Administrative Support role is well suited for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming experience, staying organized, communicating clearly, and helping the office run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls accurately and efficiently. Maintain front desk coverage and keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional. Provide administrative support, including email communication, basic data entry, document handling, and office coordination. Communicate with internal teams to ensure visitors are directed appropriately and office needs are handled promptly. Support daily office operations while representing the front desk with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Required Qualifications And Skills Provide professional front desk reception coverage for visitors, clients, vendors, and employees. Manage incoming phone calls, call routing, and general reception communication. Support administrative tasks such as email, data entry, document handling, and office coordination. Maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient front office environment. 3 to 5 years of receptionist, front desk, administrative support, or office coordination experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and a polished, customer-focused approach. Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and follow daily office procedures. Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and document handling. Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a corporate office environment. Ability to work the rotating Monday through Friday schedule as provided. Must be able to clear a background check and drug screening prior to starting. Compensation And Benefits Pay Rate: $21.00 to $22.50 per hour. Job Type: Contract/Temporary. Schedule: Monday through Friday, rotating schedule. Hours: One week 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, following week 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Location: Culver City, CA. Duration: 3 to 4 months, expected through November 2026. Candidates must clear a background check and drug screening prior to starting.
