About the role
Hill International Trucks in Aliquippa, PA is currently seeking a Part-time receptionist & admin. assistant. The position will start full-time in January 2027 with part-time hours of 3 days a week (M-F) up to 30 hours per week from 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers who visit the dealership in a professional, friendly manner.
- Answering incoming calls, managing the switchboard, and transferring calls throughout the building.
- Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
- Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Maintaining office supplies.
- Filing paperwork for the dealership.
- Aid with title work as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- At least one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative office position is required.
- Expert-level computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean MVR is required.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening is required.
