About the role
We are currently looking for a passionate and customer focused Reception Manager to lead our team of friendly Receptionists.
Responsibilities
- Effective running of the front office
- Managing the team of receptionists to ensure all duties are completed to a high standard
- Maintaining constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel
Requirements
- Experience of working as a Reception Manager or within a similar role
- Knowledge of Opera Fidelio

Pay
£32,850 per annum (OTE £36,062 per annum, including tronc.)
