About the role

Join our Receiving Team! Lynden Door is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Team Member to join our Materials Department. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inbound materials, supporting the entire organization in meeting daily operational demands. Responsibilities

  • Schedule delivery appointments and direct inbound drivers to unloading docks
  • Perform receiving inspections on inbound material per LDI procedures
  • Label all inbound materials upon receipt
  • Transact goods receipts and create complete receiving packets
  • Communicate material issues with the Purchasing team
  • Create transfers and replenish inventory across the campus
  • Verify accuracy of transfers and complete posting transactions
  • Conduct spot checks and item counts
  • Respond to emails in the shared department inbox
  • Create and post inventory batch adjustments
  • Support Materials Handler responsibilities as needed
  • Follow all safety policies and ensure safe working practices

Pay

Wage: $21.00 and up (based on experience)

Schedule

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Overtime as needed
