Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge required
• At least 18 years of age
• Minimum 2 years in a warehouse with experience in inventories and employee management or equivalent preferred
• Basic Food Safety Knowledge including basic handling procedures, storing procedures, and familiarity with health department regulations
• Ability to organize and control mass quantities of products in transition from many points of origin to many points of destinations and be able to record and track when product deviates
• Ability to interview, hire, train, schedule, evaluate, grow and terminate employees
• Strong knowledge of mountain trails, traffic patterns and operations
• Ability to problem-solve in a highly effective manner and maintain positive relationships consistent with SSRC's Service Excellence standards
• Ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski and Resort Company's Service Excellence standards
