Responsibilities

  • Complete the Agent Launch program
  • Implement lead generation systems weekly
  • Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify suitable properties
  • Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
  • Maintain tasks and activities using technology tools
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice
  • Participate in team activities
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively
  • Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

  • You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
  • You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
  • Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
  • Overcoming objections comes naturally
  • You are a strong communicator and committed to service
  • You are a Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • You have Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are Learning based, growth-minded
  • You are Organized
  • You are Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • You have Excellent time management skills
