Responsibilities
- Complete the Agent Launch program
- Implement lead generation systems weekly
- Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify suitable properties
- Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
- Maintain tasks and activities using technology tools
- Host two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice
- Participate in team activities
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively
- Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
- You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
- You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
- Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
- Overcoming objections comes naturally
- You are a strong communicator and committed to service
- You are a Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- You have Strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are Learning based, growth-minded
- You are Organized
- You are Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- You have Excellent time management skills
