About the role
Assist in managing real estate transactions, drafting legal documents, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in preparing and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Handle client communications and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and organize files for court proceedings and closings.
- Perform research on legal issues relevant to real estate transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
- Experience in legal or administrative support roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
Skills
- Proficient in legal research tools.
- Experience with contract management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
