About the role

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-driven Listing Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our agents and clients through the entire listing process. In this fast-paced, client-focused position, you’ll be the go-to person for prepping properties for the market and ensuring every detail is buttoned up before a home hits the MLS.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize property details in our CRM
• Enter listings into the MLS with accuracy
• Coordinate with photographers, stagers, and cleaners to ensure each listing shines
• Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to strategically position listings for maximum exposure and results
