About the role
The Real Estate Post-Closing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all post-closing tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the completion of all post-closing tasks including but not limited to document review, signature verification, and file organization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to real estate transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the closing process.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all post-closing activities for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate post-closing processes.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
