Key Responsibilities

  • Cook up residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.
  • Prepare and process documents required to facilitate successful closings.
  • Review title commitments, lender instructions, and closing requirements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with real estate agents, lenders, mortgage brokers, attorneys, and clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Aid in in-person and mail-away closings.
  • Manage post-closing activities, including final closing packages and title policy issuance.
  • Maintain accurate and organized transaction files.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact closing timelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved in the transaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous real estate, title, mortgage, escrow, or closing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
