About the Role
A nationally recognized subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join its St. Augustine, FL office. This role requires a strong background in mortgage loan processing, banking, title coordination, or financial services client management.
Responsibilities
- Manage client transactions end to end
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients navigating a complex financial process
- High volume of client communication
- Transaction documentation
- Coordination with internal teams
- Responding to inquiries with accuracy and care
- Become a true specialist in a niche that sits at the crossroads of real estate, tax, and financial services
Requirements
- Background in mortgage loan processing, banking, title coordination, or financial services client management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple transactions simultaneously under deadline pressure
- Professional, polished written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A service-first mindset and genuine enjoyment of client interaction
- Real estate or legal background a plus but not required
- 1031 exchange experience a plus but not required
