Real Estate Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Title, survey and zoning
• Organization documents
• Loans and purchase and sale transactions
• Closing and post-closing
• Misc. due diligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Paralegal certificate OR attorney declaration required
• At least 5+ years of real estate paralegal experience required, including substantial experience working in commercial real estate and/or commercial real estate lending required
