About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (5+ years) with strong title, survey, and closings experience supporting homebuilders and developers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives managing high-volume transactions and taking ownership of deals from contract through closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial land acquisition and disposition transactions
• Review title commitments, exceptions, surveys, and legal descriptions
• Prepare closing documents, binders, and trackers
• Coordinate closings, funding, and document execution
• Track deadlines and manage multiple active deals

Requirements

• 5+ years real estate paralegal experience (law firm required)
• Hands-on closings experience for developers/homebuilders strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of title/survey review and contract administration
• Experience managing multiple transactions independently
• Proficient in MS Office and iManage or similar systems

Schedule

Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite required)
