Real Estate Operations Litigation Associate (Mid to Senior Level)
About the Role
For our client, a leader in the Legal & Accounting space, we are seeking a Real Estate Operations Litigation Associate (mid to senior level) to join their team. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Legal & Accounting environment. Location: New York, NY - US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in real estate litigation cases
- Draft and review legal documents related to litigation
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies
- Manage all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution
- Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in real estate and commercial lease litigation
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Ability to handle significant responsibility and complex cases
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Admission to the New York Bar is required
Pay
Compensation: $250,000 – $380,000 annually
