Litigation Associate - Mid-Senior Level
About the role
The Atlanta office of Squire Patton Boggs is seeking a Mid to Senior level Litigation Associate with experience in commercial and product liability and/or class action defense to work in a dynamic, exciting, and cutting-edge environment defending class actions on behalf of multi-national companies in different jurisdictions across the world.
Responsibilities
- Legal research
- Drafting legal documents
- Conducting discovery
- Courtroom and deposition experience (preferred but not required)
- Coordinating with local counsel
- Defending against litigation
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience
- Admission to the Georgia Bar
- Possess a JD from an accredited law school and a strong academic record
- Excellent credentials
- Experience in commercial and product liability and/or defending high-stakes class actions (preferred)
Qualifications
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload
- Good judgment and ability to work well under pressure
