Real Estate Legal Operations Coordinator

About the Role

The RELO (Real Estate Legal Operations) Coordinator provides broad support to the Real Estate Legal teams, handling document management, mail distribution, and coordination of legal document execution and notarization. This role also focuses on process improvement and reducing administrative costs.

Responsibilities

• Provides broad administrative support to the Real Estate Legal teams and works on assigned projects.
• Logs, scans into DocuWare, and distributes documents received via FedEx, certified mail, USPS, and priority mail.
• Edits, orders, and manages Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Distributes mail on a daily basis.
• Scans files, fills out shipping labels, and sends out fully-executed documents in a timely manner.
• Reviews, prepares, and coordinates the execution and notarization of legal documents.
• Proactively suggests improvements to processes and ways to reduce administrative costs.
• Performs miscellaneous database and administrative tasks as requested.

Requirements

• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in business or paralegal certification.
• Minimum one year of work experience; administrative experience handling legal documents preferred.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required training.
• Must obtain a valid Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment.

Pay

Pay Range: P1 $29–$40.50/hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined using factors such as work location and experience.
