Real Estate Lawyer
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
- Draft and review complex leases and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Perform due diligence on transactions
- Handle ancillary agreements such as side letter NDAs (SNDAs)
Requirements
- One to four years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Proficient drafting, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage fast-paced, complex commercial real estate matters
- Admitted and in good standing with Texas State Bar
