A leading national law firm seeks a Junior Real Estate Associate to join its Denver office. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience.
Responsibilities
- High-value real estate finance transactions
- Purchase and sale agreements
- Broad commercial real estate matters
- Joint ventures
- Experience with land use, development, or related regulatory issues is a plus
Requirements
- JD degree
- 2–3 years of relevant real estate transactional experience
- Previous experience working in a law firm
- Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ready to take ownership of key workstreams while continuing to develop in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment
Qualifications
- Admission to the Colorado Bar, or eligibility to waive in
