Job Summary

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, is seeking a full-time Associate in the Litigation Practice of our Denver office. The position offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

About the Role

The Associate will work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country, representing clients in complex commercial litigation, class actions, employment matters, regulatory disputes, real estate litigation, and high-stakes trial work.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country
  • Represent clients in complex commercial litigation, class actions, employment matters, regulatory disputes, real estate litigation, and high-stakes trial work
  • Assist with and/or take and defend depositions
  • Appear before state and federal courts
  • Prepare and analyze legal issues, draft briefs, summarize factual situations, and pursue discovery

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of litigation experience
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Writing skills and organizational abilities
  • Experience analyzing legal issues, drafting briefs, summarizing factual situations, and pursuing discovery, as well as assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions, and appearing before state and federal courts
  • In good standing with the Colorado Bar

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $210,000 to $230,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Schedule
