About the role

Seeking a motivated candidate with 3+ years of experience to join our expanding Real Estate and Commercial Mortgage Lending team. Desired candidates will have experience with a range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including loans, portfolio transactions, construction and permanent financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

Responsibilities

• Experience drafting and negotiating loan documents and real estate contracts
• Analyze title and survey matters
• Address due diligence issues

Requirements

• Strong academic background
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload

Qualifications

• Experience with a range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
