About the role

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking experienced attorneys to join their growing Real Estate teams in Cincinnati, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky. The position focuses on representing public and private companies in complex real estate finance transactions, working with borrowers and large financial institutions, and includes opportunities to first‑chair deals and collaborate with multiple attorneys on varied assignments.

Responsibilities

• Represent public and private companies on complex real estate finance transactions (borrowers and large financial institutions)
• First‑chair real estate finance transactions
• Work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience representing public and private companies on complex real estate finance transactions representing both borrowers and large financial institutions
• Portable business preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials
• High ethical standards
• LIHTC experience (a plus)
