Real Estate Finance Attorney
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking experienced attorneys to join their growing Real Estate teams in Cincinnati, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky.
About the role
The ideal candidates will have 8+ years’ experience representing public and private companies working on complex real estate finance transactions representing both borrowers and large financial institutions. Experience first-chairing real estate finance transactions is required. LIHTC experience is a plus. Portable business is preferred.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in complex real estate finance transactions
- Experience representing both borrowers and large financial institutions
- First-chair experience in real estate finance transactions
- Excellent academic credentials
- High ethical standards
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments
