About the role

The ideal candidates will have 8+ years’ experience representing public and private companies working on complex real estate finance transactions representing both borrowers and large financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have experience of first-chairing real estate finance transactions. LIHTC experience, a plus. Portable business preferred.

Requirements
