About the role

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking experienced attorneys to join their Real Estate teams in Cincinnati, OH and Louisville, KY. The ideal candidates will have 8+ years' experience representing public and private companies on complex real estate finance transactions, representing both borrowers and large financial institutions. First-chairing experience in real estate finance transactions is preferred. LIHTC experience is a plus. A portable business is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Representing public and private companies on complex real estate finance transactions
  • Representing both borrowers and large financial institutions
  • First-chairing real estate finance transactions
  • LIHTC experience is a plus
  • A portable business is preferred

Requirements

  • Excellent academic credentials
  • High ethical standards
  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong project management skills
  • Work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed to practice law in at least one of the following states: Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, or Tennessee
  • Experience in real estate finance transactions
  • Experience representing both borrowers and large financial institutions
  • Experience first-chairing real estate finance transactions
  • Experience with LIHTC transactions is a plus
  • Portable business experience is preferred
