Real Estate Finance Attorney
About the role
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking experienced attorneys to join their growing Real Estate teams in Cincinnati, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky. The ideal candidates will have 8+ years’ experience representing public and private companies working on complex real estate finance transactions for both borrowers and large financial institutions. First-chair experience on real estate finance transactions is required. LIHTC experience is a plus. Portable business is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex real estate finance transactions as first chair.
- Represent borrowers and financial institutions in real estate matters.
- Manage multiple projects and collaborate with attorneys across various assignments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in real estate finance transactions.
- First-chair experience in real estate finance transactions.
- Excellent academic credentials and high ethical standards.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong project management skills.
