Responsibilities
- Advises developers, investors, and property owners on all phases of commercial and residential real estate development projects.
- Negotiates and drafts purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, easements, leases, and financing documents.
- Coordinates due diligence, title review, and regulatory approvals to facilitate successful project execution.
- Counsels clients on risk management, project structuring, and compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions and development projects.
- Strong knowledge of real estate acquisitions, financing, leasing, due diligence, and development agreements.
- Experience working independently and cross-functionally and taking on complex projects.
- Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.
Pay
- The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year.
- The estimated total compensation for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
