Responsibilities
- Handling commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions.
- Representing borrowers and lenders in real estate financing transactions.
- Drafting and reviewing transactional documents.
- Managing condominium formation matters.
- Aiding clients with permitting and land use issues.
- Negotiating and drafting commercial leases, including retail, office, and industrial leasing.
- Providing practical legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
- 3 or more years of experience in commercial real estate law.
- Ability to independently manage transactions and multiple matters simultaneously.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client service abilities.
- A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to a collegial team environment.
Pay
$140,000 - $190,000 (depending on experience)

Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
