About the role
Stinson LLP seeks an Attorney with at least two years of commercial real estate experience to join our Minneapolis office. Our nationally recognized commercial real estate practice represents developers, institutional investors, lenders, REITs, private equity funds, hospitality companies, and other sophisticated clients in complex real estate transactions throughout the United States.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with partners and clients
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Manage due diligence
- Cook closures
- Advising clients throughout the transaction process
Requirements
- An active Minnesota attorney license
- At least two years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, financing, and leasing
- Experience with acquisitions and dispositions, development, commercial leasing, real estate finance, title and survey matters, joint ventures, and related transactional work is desirable
Qualifications
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Judicial clerkship experience is welcomed

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $200,000 – 275,000. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
