Qualifications
- SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE HANDLING CORPORATE AND BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
- PORTABLE BUSINESS OF NO LESS THAN $400,000
- STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIP AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SKILLS
- EXCELLENT DRAFTING, NEGOTIATION, AND ANALYTICAL ABILITIES
- COMMITMENT TO CLIENT SERVICE AND COLLABORATIVE TEAMWORK
- LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN COLORADO OR ELIGIBLE FOR ADMISSION

Job Details
We are looking for a senior-level attorney with a strong background in real estate and/or business litigation to join our growing firm. This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney looking to expand an established practice within a collaborative and highly respected Colorado-based law firm.
Salary
$200,000 - $300,000 per year
