About the role

PRISM Data Consulting analyzes and verifies data positions from employers seeking data expertise. This role is for a real estate data entry operator at REMAX Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database.
• Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve data discrepancies.
• Mindful of privacy and adhere to data security regulations.
• Create reports and presentations using acquired data.
• Perform secretarial duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school certificate or equivalent.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is ideal but not required.
• Strong background in data entry or a related field.
• Sharp command of real estate language and procedures.
• Proficiency in computers, including MS Office suite and data input programs.
• Remarkable precision and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Outstanding organizing and time management skills.
• Good communication abilities, especially in a remote team environment.
