Real Estate & Corporate Counsel
About the role
We are seeking a smart, hardworking attorney to join our Legal Team and provide end-to-end legal support to our Real Estate function that manages 50+ office leases nationwide, as well as a variety of other legal matters. As a key member of our lean legal team, you will play a critical role in supporting our fast-growing firm across a variety of legal functions, and you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency. You will report to a senior attorney on our legal team. This is a full-time, exempt position at our headquarters in Miami’s Brickell financial district. We believe an in-office presence is key to building our business, driving high performance and creating a team-based culture. Responsibilities
- Support all legal aspects of the office lease lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating letters of intent, leases, sub-leases, estoppels, SNDAs and other related documents and agreements, as well as service and supplier contracts
