Responsibilities
- Execute established weekly lead generation and prospecting systems.
- Conduct a minimum of two strategic open houses per month.
- Convert inbound leads into signed buyer consultation appointments.
- C onsistently track activities and client pipelines utilizing our proprietary CRM technology.
- Consult with buyers, negotiate aggressive offers, and guide clients seamlessly to the closing table.
- Commit to ongoing growth via weekly team trainings, script practice, and accountability calls.
- Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Active Missouri Real Estate License is required.
- Minimum of 6 months of real estate experience is preferred, though we will fast-track newly licensed agents who possess exceptional drive and a track record of sales success.
- Intrinsically motivated, competitive spirit with a strong work ethic.
- Natural rapport-building abilities and high coachability.
- Reliable transportation and the flexibility to accommodate clients on evenings and weekends.
Pay
$32,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
