Real Estate Agent – Leads, Mentorship & Team Support Included
Responsibilities
- Complete our onboarding and training program to build a strong foundation for your business.
- Follow proven lead generation systems each week to create consistent business growth.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments.
- Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and help clients find the right home.
- Consult with sellers, win listings, and market homes effectively.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategy, staging, and listing preparation.
- Negotiate offers confidently on behalf of buyers and sellers.
- Conduct two open houses per month to build relationships and generate leads.
- Track tasks, follow-up, and activity in our technology platform to stay organized and accountable.
- Participate in weekly script practice, coaching sessions, trainings, and team activities.
Qualifications

Pay
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
