Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch training — our fast-track agent development program
• Generate consistent leads using proven PLACE systems and tools
• Guide clients through buying and selling processes from start to finish
• Host at least two open houses each month
• Manage your activities and sales pipeline in PLACE Technology
• Attend weekly coaching, skill-building, and accountability sessions
• Participate in team events and contribute to our strong culture
• Continue producing while building your long-term real estate business

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Broker real estate license (required)
• 1+ years of real estate experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A growth mindset with a competitive drive
• Strong organizational habits and time management
• Commitment to learning, scripts, and systems that lead to results
