Responsibilities
- Complete our onboarding program to build a strong business foundation
- Follow weekly lead generation systems to create consistent, predictable growth
- Convert prospecting activity into appointments and signed agreements
- Consult with buyers and sellers — from first conversation to close
- Win listings and market homes using expert pricing, staging, and preparation strategies
- Negotiate confidently on behalf of your clients
- Host two open houses per month to build pipeline and local relationships
- Track activity, tasks, and follow-up in our technology platform
- Engage in weekly script practice, coaching sessions, and team trainings
Qualifications
- A licensed real estate professional in Texas
- Self-motivated with a competitive, growth-oriented mindset
- Strong at building rapport, handling objections, and closing
- An excellent communicator — written and verbal
- Organized, coachable, and committed to mastering your craft
- A team player who takes their business seriously
Pay
$75,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
