- Leveraging proven marketing systems to attract and convert leads
- Continuously sharpening your skills through coaching and training
Qualifications
- Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
- 12+ closed transactions in the last 12 months preferred
- Strong track record of managing multiple deals at once
- Growth-minded and open to coaching
- Team player who values collaboration over competition
- Ready to stop doing everything alone and start scaling
