The Home Wise Team, located in Naples, FL, offers an opportunity to work alongside and learn from the top 20% of real estate professionals in North America as a Listing Assistant. This role provides a proven path to success with models, systems, tools, coaching, training, and accountability. Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
- Excellent at building rapport, listening to needs, and identifying solutions
- Prospecting and lead generation are strengths
- Naturally skilled at overcoming objections
- Strong communicator and committed to service
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning-based and growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
Pay
$75,000 - $95,000 USD yearly (commission-based position).
