Responsibilities

  • Lead generate a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
  • Conduct four open houses per month
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify appropriate homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers and sellers
  • Consult with sellers, convert appointments into listings, and market homes effectively
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing-related services
  • Track tasks and activities consistently in Brivity Technology
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities and trainings per team standards

Qualifications

  • Team player
  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 1.5+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning-based and growth-minded
  • Highly organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills

$45,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
