Real Estate Buyers Agent

Responsibilities

• Shadowing/Training - Train, role-play, and demonstrate industry-leading practices under an expert agent.
• Lead Generation - Execute our PLACE lead generation systems weekly, enhancing your lead generation skills.
• Open Houses - Hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings with a warm and inviting personality.
• Communication - Build relationships and convert conversations into valuable appointments using proven relationship-building skills.
• Teamwork - Participate in team activities fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging.
• Coaching/Training - Receive weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging training, and Partner Calls to share insights and learn from others.
• Consultation - Guide buyers through the home-buying process with expert care and confidence using proven systems and technology.
• Home Selection - Identify homes that meet clients' needs and secure signed buyer agreements.
• Negotiation - Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers, creating win-win deals that exceed clients' goals.
• Done For You - Take advantage of our support team to eliminate 75% of the tasks normally required of a Buyer's Agent to close a transaction.
• Technology - Benefit from our cutting-edge PLACE Technology to streamline client support and ensure consistent success.

Qualifications

• Strong in prospecting and lead generation, overcoming objections naturally.
• A strong communicator and committed to service.
• People-oriented, positive, and happy.
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car.
• Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes.
• Learning-based, ambitious with proven ability to succeed.
• High school graduate, must possess a Real Estate license.

Pay

$55,000 - $80,000 USD yearly
