Responsibilities

  • Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home identification
  • Prepare and negotiate purchase offers for clients
  • Monitor and document activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology
