Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Generate a minimum of 10 hours a week of client interactions
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
- Participate in weekly trainings and Partner Calls
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

- You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
- You are people-oriented, positive, and have a happy attitude.
- You are able to spend a large amount of time driving in your car.
- You can analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes.
- You are learning-based and ambitious with proven ability to succeed.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You are currently licensed in Washington or Oregon, or are prepping for your real estate license test.
