Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch training
- Implement weekly PLACE lead generation
- Consult buyers, secure agreements, and identify homes
- Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
- Log tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Host two open houses monthly
- Convert leads into appointments
- Attend weekly script practice and team activities
- Participate in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Consult sellers, secure listings, and market homes
- Advise on pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications
- You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
- You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
- Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
- Overcoming objections comes naturally
- You are a strong communicator and committed to service
- You are a team player
- You are licensed real estate professional with 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are learning based, growth-minded
- You are organized
- You are willing to learn scripts and dialogues
- You have excellent time management skills
