Real Estate Agent
Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE New Agent Launch to build a real business foundation from day one.
- Generate a minimum of 10 hours per week using PLACE-proven strategies.
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Attend weekly team trainings and Partner Calls.
- Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
- Collaborate with team members and administrative staff.
Qualifications
- More than 1 year of real estate experience with 1 to 5 transactions closed.
- Currently licensed in Maryland or willing to transfer.
- Coachable and open to adopting proven systems.
- People-oriented with a natural ability to build trust and communicate honestly.
- Driven by personal growth and a genuine desire to serve clients well.
- Positive, professional attitude that contributes to a high-performance culture.
- Committed to integrity, follow-through, and always doing the right thing.
