Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating residential real estate contracts and handling closings
- Residential real estate bank closings
- Commercial acquisitions, sales and financings
- Client contact and interaction
- Assist with co-op apartment transfers
Qualifications
- General corporate experience a plus but not required
- 3+ years' experience in real estate transactional-related work
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Must be admitted in NYS
