Real Estate Attorney

About the role

We are a growing law firm focused on real estate transactions and related legal services, seeking an Attorney to support our expanding practice in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct real estate transactions
• Draft and review legal documents, including business formation filings, powers of attorney, and simple wills
• Provide real estate and transactional legal counsel
• Maintain compliance with applicable North Carolina laws and regulations
• Support clients with high-quality, timely legal services

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license to practice law is required
• Experience in real estate law, transactional law, or related legal services preferred
• Strong legal research, drafting, communication, and client-service skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
• South Carolina and North Carolina bar admission is a plus
