Real Estate Attorney

Our client is looking for an attorney to join the firm to support a variety of complex real estate matters. From development and leasing to acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and finance. They have remained focused on providing legal counsel covering all facets of commercial real estate. Responsibilities Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, and other relevant transaction documents as well as leases, lease amendments and other leasing and asset management-related documentsAdvise clients on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development transactions as well as complex office, industrial, retail and mixed-use leasing matters throughout the United StatesAssist with real estate joint venture structuresWork collaboratively with attorneys throughout the firm on real estate mattersServe client through the full life-cycle of real estate transactions Qualifications 4+ years of relevant commercial real estate legal experienceJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the bar in Georgia in good standingExperience working with sophisticated real estate developers, investors and owners on complex transactions, such as portfolio acquisitions, vertical development, assemblages, and fundsStrong drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to manage complex transactions in a collaborative team environmentStrong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive work ethic Benefits 401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveVision insuranceWork Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GARemote is possible for the right candidate.
