Real Estate Attorney

Position Description

Our client is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its nationally recognized real estate practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets. Experience with real estate finance, leasing, development, joint ventures, and related transactional matters is welcomed, but candidates with a strong acquisitions and dispositions background are especially encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage matters with increasing independence.
